BI Incorporated seeks a dedicated ISAP Case Manager to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants from entry to release under the DHS contract. This role emphasizes policy adherence, documentation, and coordination of services.

You will conduct intake interviews, maintain case records, install monitoring devices, coordinate translations, and connect participants with community resources. Local travel and ability to work in multicultural settings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for home visits
• US citizenship required
• Must live in US 3 of last 5 years
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Sound judgment and calm temperament
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to work with diverse contacts

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains case records for ISAP participants from entry to release
• Conducts intake interview and orientation sessions
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance
• Assists participants with acquiring travel documents and maintains logs
• Evaluates English proficiency to determine needed resources
• Coordinates translation services for ISAP participants
• Connects participants with transportation, medical, housing, education, and other resources
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports
• Reports program violations promptly
• Performs home visits to verify residences
