Job summary

Nox Group in Reno, NV seeks an HR Specialist to blend learning and development facilitation with People Experience support. This on-site role requires Spanish–English bilinguals and early mornings, supporting onboarding, training delivery, and HR data coordination.

As a developmental position, you will coordinate new hire orientation, track certifications, and help sustain retention programs while partnering with HRBPs and Onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, training/facilitation experience; construction or field-based industry experience is a plus.
• Energetic, engaging facilitation style for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multiple schedules and admin tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to manage learning records.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English required; capable of bilingual training content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops using existing content and materials.
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, space reservations, attendance, and rosters.
• Track training completion and certifications; follow up with leadership on overdue requirements.
• Support new hire onboarding and leadership training; ensure timely module completion.
• Serve as the point of contact for training logistics questions and materials access.
• Maintain training rosters and LMS records; assist with onboarding questions and issues.
• Escalate potential new hire risks to the appropriate teams.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down training spaces and materials.
