Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, training/facilitation experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Construction or field-based industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to travel to job sites for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Coordinate training logistics: session scheduling, space, attendance, rosters.
• Track training completion and certification records; follow up on overdue requirements.
• Support new hire orientation and leadership training programs.
• Serve as the point of contact for training logistics questions.
• Collect participant feedback and route to content developers.
• Maintain training rosters and LMS records; update as needed.
• Coordinate with Onboarding team on new hire questions and logistics.
• Conduct new hire orientation drug screens; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down training spaces and materials.
