Job summary

Nox Group in the United States is seeking an HR Specialist to split time between learning and development facilitation and supporting the People Experience team. This on-site role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and a passion for development across the organization.

You will deliver training from new hire orientation to leadership development, assist HRBPs with tracking and logistics, and help maintain HR data and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, training or facilitation experience; construction or field-based industry experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English required.
• Ability to provide an energized facilitation experience for all attendees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple training schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled training sessions and workshops for Nox Group employees using existing training content.
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, space, attendance, rosters.
• Track training completion and certifications; follow up on overdue requirements.
• Support onboarding and leadership training to ensure modules are completed on time.
• Serve as point of contact for training logistics questions.
• Maintain training rosters and LMS records; update as needed.
• Collaborate with Onboarding team on new hire questions and logistics.
• Conduct new hire orientation drug screens.
• Escalate potential new hire issues to the right teams.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down training spaces and materials.
• Support HRBPs with tracking performance evaluation completion and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate HR data and HRIS records; generate basic status reports.
