Job summary

Mark III Construction in Reno is seeking a bilingual Part-Time HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing operation. You will work as a local extension of the HR team, focusing on onboarding, orientation, HR administration, employee communication, and local recruiting support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR or recruiting, is comfortable presenting to groups, and can travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field.
• HR experience in construction, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated experience conducting onboarding and/or new-hires orientations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire orientations and onboarding sessions for Reno employees.
• Present Mark III's culture, mission, policies, benefits, safety expectations, and Core Values to new employees.
• Maintain accurate and timely employee records.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Assist with recruiting for M3 MEP, M3 Service, and M3 Components.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
• Travel locally to project sites and recruiting events as needed.
