Job summary

Nox Group in the United States is seeking a bilingual HR Specialist to support learning and development and assist the People Experience team. This full-time on-site role requires early mornings and travel to job sites for training delivery.

You will facilitate training sessions, coordinate logistics, monitor certifications, and assist with onboarding, retention programs, and HR data maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR/training experience; construction or field-based industry a plus.
• Energetic facilitation experience for all attendees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled training sessions using existing content.
• Coordinate training logistics and track attendance.
• Track training completion and certification records; follow up with leadership.
• Support onboarding and leadership training; ensure timelines.
• Serve as point of contact for training logistics questions.
• Collect participant feedback and route to content team.
• Maintain training rosters and LMS records.
• Coordinate with Onboarding team on new hire questions and logistics.
• Conduct new hire orientation drug screens.
• Escalate potential new hire issues to HR leadership.
• Assist with setting up/breaking down training spaces and materials.
