Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Oklahoma is seeking a Bilingual HR Employee Support Representative to handle HR-related queries and HR transactions as the first point of help across departments. You will manage cases via phone, chat, and case management systems, ensuring timely, accurate responses while promoting self-service tools.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service or HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or HR.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking and documenting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Spanish language (preferred).
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS (preferred).
• Experience in HR service center or contact center operations (preferred).
• HR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responds to questions on HR procedures via phone, case management, and live chat.
• Uses systems to document and process requests per policy.
• Educates employees about HR services and promotes self-service tools.
• Researches and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Prioritizes multiple requests and manages workloads.
• Identifies root causes of issues to provide accurate answers.
• Ensures documentation meets policy requirements.
• Utilizes HR systems including Workday and Employee Portal.
• Works independently on routine tasks.
• Contributes to improving HR services and procedures.
• Maintains compliance with HR shared service processes.
• Performs duties per service level agreements.
