Avis Budget Group is hiring a Bilingual HR Employee Support Representative in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will handle HR-related queries via phone, case management, and chat, guiding employees through HR processes and self-service tools.

You will educate staff on available HR services, resolve issues promptly, and ensure documentation meets policy standards while using Workday and other HR systems to support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree and 1 year experience in customer services or HR area.
• Excellent oral and written communication to answer employees' queries.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking and documenting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Workday or other HRIS experience preferred.
• Experience in HR Service Center / Contact Center operations preferred.
• HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to HR queries via phone, case management, and live chat; documents and escalates as needed.
• Educates employees on HR Services and promotes self-service tools.
• Researches and resolves issues quickly; prioritizes multiple requests.
• Determines root cause of issues and provides accurate answers.
• Uses HR systems to fulfill requests and resolve HR needs.
• Maintains compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Utilizes Workday and Employee Portal for self-service and knowledge base.
• Works independently on routine tasks and contributes to service improvements.

TheT1 Bilingual HR Employee Support Representativeis responsible foradministration of HR related queries and execution of HR transactions. Supporting an effective employee experience within agreed service level. The team receives activity through case management, system notifications, phonecallsand chat service as the first point of help for HRqueries,across multiple countries.

What You'll Do:

• • Responds to questions on administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels such as phone, case managementsystemand live chat.Usessystems to document and elevate as needed following theappropriate processes
  • Educates employees of HR Services available to them and encourages self-service tools such as the HR Portal and other systems as needed
  • Researchesandresolvesall problemsin a timely manner. Must be able to work on more than one issue simultaneously and prioritize urgency of requests
  • Probes cases todetermineroot cause of the issue or questionin order toprovideaccurateanswers
  • Identifiesand researches incoming queries from employees
  • Ensures that documentation and employee requests meet the policy for each process
  • Utilizes multiple online systems to answer questions, complete requests, andultimately resolveemployee and HR needs
  • Works independently on most routine tasks
  • Actively contributes to delivering,maintainingand improving HR services,proceduresand processes to increase employee satisfaction, drivingperformanceand achieving results
  • Responsible formaintainingall compliance requirements of dedicated HR shared service processes
  • Understands andutilizesHR systems including Workday and the Employee Portal including Self Service, Knowledgebaseand Case Management
  • Performs duties according to service level agreements
