Job summary

Ektello is seeking an HR Specialist, fluent in English and Korean, to support expatriate mobility for a Global technology/electronics client in Plano, TX. This is a 12-month contract with a high chance of extension or conversion to permanent.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of combined HR experience or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Business/Psychology or related field.
• Must maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bilingual – Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to translate executive materials and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Expatriate Mobility benefits and policies.
• Coordinate and support expatriates' immigration and relocation by partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain expatriate documents and benefit-related data with attention to detail.
• Serve as a resource to HR, Legal, Finance, HQ and external contacts for expats.
• Act as primary point of contact for expatriate HR matters and support ad-hoc requests.
• Back-up for expat-related matters including I-9, onboarding, benefits, relocation, and data management.
• Support event planning for expatriates and coordinate year-round activities.
• Assist with data management and reporting to the C-suite; prepare expat expense invoices.
