Responsibilities

• Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews and select applicants.
• Identify, benchmark, and implement benefits programs.
• Lead new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Manage company trainings such as sexual harassment training.
• Maintain HRIS and update employee roster.
• Serve as liaison between departments and employees; interpret and administer contracts.
