Responsibilities

• Manage corporate lease vehicle program; renewals and vendor coordination.
• Review GA-related invoices with Finance to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain space inventory records and occupancy data.
• Develop bilingual meeting materials and SOPs aligned with HQ standards.
• Prepare GA performance reports and dashboards for management.
