Job summary

Judit Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist 3 – Mobility Specialist to drive expatriate mobility programs in the US. This onsite role supports immigration, relocation, and benefits for expatriates, coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

The successful candidate will manage confidential expatriate data, maintain documents, and serve as the main HR contact for expats, while assisting with events and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Must maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to own projects, take initiative, and adapt to change.
• Customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on expatriate mobility benefits and policies.
• Coordinate immigration and relocation with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain expatriate personnel documents and data with attention to detail.
• Serve as a resource to HR, Legal, Finance, HQ, and external CPA for expat inquiries.
• Collaborate with NAHR Expatriate on individual cases and systemic inquiries as needed.
• Act as primary contact for expatriates on HR matters.
• Support ad-hoc requests and special projects from management.
• Back-up support for expat matters including I-9, onboarding, relocation, and data management.
• Assist events planning for expatriates and coordinate year-round activities.
• Support data management and reporting to C-suite.
• Prepare and submit invoices for expat expenses to finance."
• Seek ways to improve the expatriate experience.
