Job summary

Lecangs Logistics is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to support payroll, HR operations, and compliance across Perris and Irvine locations. Bilingual English/Mandarin required; experience in California payroll and employment laws preferred.

The role demands high accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work on-site in both locations each week. You will collaborate with management and warehouse staff, maintain HRIS data, and assist with onboarding, benefits, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or related role.
• Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Knowledge of California wage and hour laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent confidentiality and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site weekly at Perris and Irvine.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for all employees.
• Manage HR administrative tasks for office and warehouse staff.
• Assist onboarding and I-9 / W-4 processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal and California laws.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data.
• Support benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
