Z Gallerie, LLC seeks a proactive HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across Dallas office, warehouse, and retail locations. You will own recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance while bridging U.S. operations with headquarters in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or specialist role.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations (office, warehouse, and/or retail).
• Working knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and performance management processes.
• Familiarity with U.S. federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and practical solutions.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment, onboarding for office, warehouse, and retail roles.
