Ultimate Staffing is seeking an HRIS Specialist for a client in Fremont, CA. This 6-month contract role is 100% onsite and requires bilingual English and Mandarin.

The HRIS Specialist will support Workday payroll; OA applications back the HR operations with scalable, user-centric solutions. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise HR technology or similar systems.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions.

• Design, configure, test, implement, and support HR systems and cross-functional tech solutions.
