Job summary

Two experienced Human Resources Generalists are sought to support a high-volume retail store in Chino Hills, CA. One role requires fluency in English and Chinese; the other in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in retail, supermarkets, restaurants, manufacturing, warehouse, or other high-volume hourly workforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law, wage and hour regulations, meal/rest break requirements, and leave law
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and Workers' Compensation cases
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish required
• PHR-CA certification preferred
