Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees across field and office environments. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, IT, Safety, and operations to ensure a welcoming, compliant, and efficient experience from offer to day one.

The role emphasizes high-volume onboarding, multi-location coordination, and strong communication with field leadership to ensure readiness for start dates, access, and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required due to potential travel to field locations and regional offices.
• Spanish-speaking ability required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across locations and job types.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screens.
• Ensure completion of Form I-9 and E-Verify; manage onboarding documentation.
• Prepare onboarding schedules, orientation materials, and communications for new hires.
• Serve as primary contact for employees during onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm readiness for start dates and site access.
