Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HR coursework or certification a plus.
• 3+ years in HR/onboarding or employee experience coordination.
• Experience with Paycom HRIS preferred.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end onboarding from offer to 90 days.
• Serve as point of contact for new hires in English and Spanish.
• Send pre-boarding packets and first-day logistics.
• Book travel arrangements for new hires.
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness with managers and site teams.
• Ensure accounts, credentials, badges, and tools are provisioned before start date.
• Assist with new hire orientation sessions and benefits information.
• Process E-Verify, I-9, background checks, and drug screening.
• Maintain HRIS records (Paycom) and personnel files.
• Track onboarding milestones and follow up with stakeholders.
• Improve onboarding checklists and resources.
• Provide front-line HR support and answer inquiries.
• Assist with offboarding activities and vendor coordination.
• Perform other duties and HR projects.
