Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years of onboarding or HR coordination experience.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, onboarding platforms, or document management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires from offer to first week.
• Prepare and track new hire documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support background checks, verifications, I-9, and policy acknowledgments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires with timely communication.
• Maintain onboarding data in ADP and ATS, and monitor progress.
