Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting, or related roles.
• Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced environments; manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and confidential record-keeping.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires from pre-employment through day one.
• Conduct new-hire orientations and review company policies.
• Collect and maintain required documentation (I-9s, forms).
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, badges, and other onboarding steps.
• Communicate start dates, schedules, and expectations to hires.
• Partner with managers, HR team, and staffing agencies to meet onboarding needs.
• Bilingual support in English and Spanish for employees.
