Job summary

LDV Hospitality is seeking a dynamic HR Representative fluent in English and Spanish to support employees and management across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and confidential recordkeeping.

You will act as the primary contact for new hires, assist with onboarding events, ensure policy compliance, generate HR reports, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. Strong communication, discretion, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or employee relations.
• Experience with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, and training.
• Maintain compliance with Local, State and Federal employment laws.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports and manage records.
• Coordinate with PEO/ADP for onboarding/offboarding and HR administration.
• Support with job postings and vendor relationships.
• Handle sensitive employee records with confidentiality.
• Assist in employee orientation and harassment-awareness training.
• Collaborate with HR team to improve HR processes.
