Job summary

Party Reflections Operations, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager at our Charleston branch to lead day-to-day HR functions in alignment with corporate policies.

This hands-on role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, attendance, and compliance. You will partner with branch leadership, serve as the main HR contact, translate for Spanish-speaking employees when needed, oversee records, and help drive workforce planning and risk management

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual, read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years proven experience in the Human Resources field or equivalent experience.
• Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and counseling with management support.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and training activities.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with leave and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement corporate HR policies and initiatives.
