Ltd Global, a family-rooted bakery and café, seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while guiding employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Ideal candidates will oversee HR policy administration, training, and organizational development, visiting locations to uphold HR standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years HR leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of employment laws and workplace investigations.
• Experience with benefits administration and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliant HR processes and systems.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staffing.
• Administer performance management and employee development.
• Visit company locations to ensure HR compliance and maintain HR metrics.
