Job summary

Marketing Alliance Group is seeking an HR professional to join our team in a hands-on, business‑minded role. The ideal candidate will administer HR policies across multiple sites, handle employee relations and investigations, and partner with leaders on performance and development strategies.

This role supports workforce planning, training, safety initiatives, and recruitment for hourly and salaried staff. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing/multi-site environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administers and implements company-wide HR policies, procedures, and programs across assigned locations.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conducts investigations, counsels employees and managers, and recommends resolutions.
• Partners with leaders to provide guidance on performance management, employee development, disciplinary actions, and organizational effectiveness.
• Supports workforce planning and succession planning efforts in partnership with business leaders and HR leadership.
• Ensures employees complete required training, including safety, compliance, and development programs.
• Supports recruitment and talent management initiatives for hourly and salaried positions, including onboarding coordination.
• Conducts new hire orientation and supports employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Maintains employee records, HR documentation, and required reports in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
• Supports safety initiatives by maintaining safety-related records and partnering with operations leaders to promote a safe work environment.
• Administers and supports HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, talent management, training and development, employee recognition, and compliance initiatives.
• Responds to employment-related inquiries and provides practical solutions and recommendations.
• Participates in investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and assists with policy development and implementation.
• Builds strong relationships with business leaders and serves as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
• Maintains knowledge of HR trends and best practices to improve HR processes and programs.
• Leads or participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
