Jobgether is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a large remote workforce across Canada, with emphasis on Quebec relations and CNESST/CCQ knowledge. You will guide employees, managers, and leaders, ensure compliant practices, and partner with HR centers of expertise to deliver practical people solutions.

Applicants should bring 8+ years HR experience, strong communication in English and French, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel.

Formación

• Fluency in both French and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's or higher in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in labour relations.
• Experience supporting employees in Quebec, CNESST and CCQ knowledge.
• Knowledge of employment and labour legislation across Canadian jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting a large remote workforce and remote work challenges.
• Strong employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and sensitive communications.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and manage competing priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset; CHRP/CRIA is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%).
• Based in Canada; fully remote, Quebec preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and coaching to employees, managers, and leaders across multiple business units.
• Advise on complex employee relations issues, including corrective actions, policy violations, performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and collective agreement matters.
• Manage HR matters across unionized and non-unionized environments with compliant practices.
• Partner with HR centres of expertise, shared services, compliance teams, and HR business partners.
• Work independently through ambiguous, sensitive situations and adapt priorities.
• Coach HR colleagues and stakeholders, strengthening HR capabilities.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to assess workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Evaluate current talent and develop long-term workforce strategies to improve performance.
• Lead organizational change initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Communicate and implement HR programs, policies, and processes for employees and client groups.
• Support change management by developing processes for transitions.
• Build trusted relationships and influence decisions, manage conflicts constructively.
• Promote inclusion and maintain a professional, impartial presence.
