Job summary

Concordia Group seeks an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee all HR practices across the organization. This hands-on role partners with leadership to build a high-performing, engaged workplace culture and support a 250-employee population in construction and telecommunications.

The ideal candidate will lead employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, talent development, and HR process improvement, while advising field and corporate leaders and traveling

Qualifications

• Experience with employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with compensation and benefits analysis.
• Strong training program development experience.
• Experience supporting field and corporate workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Concordia Group's objectives.
• Lead employee relations and investigations; advise managers.
• Lead performance management process and training programs.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and talent development activities.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs and market analysis.
• Ensure HR compliance and risk management across locations.
• Lead HR team and manage a dispersed workforce.
