Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a senior HR partner to provide day-to-day HR guidance and coaching across our 900-employee organization. You will support employees, managers, and leaders with strategic people initiatives and organizational change.

You will advise on employee relations, labour relations, performance management, and policy implementation in both unionized and non-unionized settings, collaborating with HR centers of expertise and business leaders to shape workforce strategies.
