Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general areas of human resources including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/affirmative action, Workers' Comp and other laws.
• Maintain safety focus by training partners on safety policies and fostering a safety culture at the location.
