Job summary

CEMCO LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Full-Time HR professional to manage daily HR operations at the facility, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and policy administration.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and capable of ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, maintaining HRIS data, and coordinating safety and training programs. Work hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field preferred, or 7+ years of HR experience.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ADP Workforce Now HRIS for hires, terminations, changes, LOAs and benefits.
• Audit personnel files for compliance with federal/state laws.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for unit personnel.
• Administer benefits enrollment and changes; explain insurance programs.
