• Oversee HR duties including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Lead talent acquisition through ATS platforms (Lever, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Administer benefits, payroll, and workers' compensation with regulatory compliance.
• Manage training programs and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure government paperwork (I-9, posters) is organized and up to date.
• Foster a culture of genuine hospitality and open communication.
