Job summary

Marketing Alliance Group is seeking a proactive Human Resources professional to partner with leaders across locations. The role requires handling employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning with integrity and business judgment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Responsibilities include training, recruitment support, and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to learn how to effectively use HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administers and implements HR policies, procedures, and programs across assigned locations.
• Serves as primary contact for employee relations, conducts investigations, counsels employees and managers, and recommends resolutions.
• Partners with leaders on performance management, employee development, disciplinary actions, and organizational effectiveness.
• Supports workforce and succession planning with business leaders and HR leadership.
• Ensures employees complete required training, including safety, compliance, and development programs.
• Supports recruitment and talent management, onboarding, and retention initiatives for hourly and salaried positions.
• Conducts new hire orientation and supports employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintains employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and laws.
