GHT is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers across a 400+ workforce. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and safety within defined authority.

You will support payroll changes, safety programs, and policy updates while escalating complex issues to HR leadership. You will coordinate HR processes, safety training, and worker's compensation, ensuring timely, accurate recordkeeping and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience, preferably in a 400–600 employee company.
• OSHA knowledge and workplace-safety program experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with HRIS and data reporting in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Plan staffing with hiring managers and write job postings.
• Coordinate open enrollment, performance, and compensation cycles.
• Manage safety training calendars and workplace inspections.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and payroll changes.
• Administer benefits and leaves per policy and law.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and escalation.
• Maintain OSHA records and safety metrics.
• Assist with policy updates and handbook revisions.
