Prouctiv is seeking a self-motivated Bilingual HR/Recruiter to attract, recruit and retain quality multilingual candidates in Charlotte, NC. The role encompasses candidate outreach, bilingual communication, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating onboarding, and processing payroll with a goal of seamless staffing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Proven recruiting experience, minimum 1 year.
• Experience in HR tasks and onboarding processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Source candidates via databases, forums, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Respond to applicant inquiries via email or phone.
• Manage onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Coordinate payroll and resolve basic payroll issues.
• Be the main point of contact for employees.
