Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience. The role requires a strong eye for detail, discretion with sensitive data, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with managers and staff.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in HR, familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Coordinator/Generalist role.
• Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, benefits, and employment documentation.
• Familiarity with California employment practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including postings, interviews, and background checks.
• Support payroll processes and timekeeping documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
• Provide HR policy guidance and answers to employees and managers.
