• Coaches managers on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Drives engagement through site management training and ESAT action plans.
• Maintains records of hires, promotions, transfers, and performance reviews.
• Supports wage reviews and ensures pay changes stay within ranges.
• Handles investigations, grievances, and HR-related hearings.
