Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support assigned division(s) in employee relations, training, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment and compliance across SBM sites in Menlo Park, CA.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with 2–4 years HR Generalist experience and bilingual English/Spanish. Position is on-site with travel as needed; compensation is $75,000–$80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with 2–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Coaches and assists managers with employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with SBM and CBA policies and procedures.
• Drive people engagement through training of site management team on engagement strategies and quarterly ESAT action plans.
• Draft, execute, review, and maintain records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
