Job summary

SBM Management is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist in Beaverton, OR to administer policies and procedures across all HR activities. You will support compliance, benefits, employee relations, and reporting for multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree (PHR a plus), strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS, Excel, and Word. This role requires occasional travel and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience required.
• PHR certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Experience with HRIS and office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR functions; ensure policies and reporting are compliant.
• Recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacancies.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
• Maintain personnel records for hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations for government reporting.
• Assist in benefits administration and handle inquiries.
• Handle leave administration and investigations with recommendations for disciplinary action.
• Advise management on resolutions for employee relations issues.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and programs.
• Prepare separation notices and conduct exit interviews.
• Provide monthly departmental reports.
• Some travel may be required.
