Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, retention and compliance.
• Draft, review, and maintain records of personnel transactions and government reporting.
• Support wage reviews and pay changes within established ranges.
• Provide guidance to management on performance management (Discipline, PIPs, CAPs) and investigations.
• Engage site management through training and engagement initiatives; travel may be required.
