Job summary

SBM Management Services in Beaverton, OR seeks an HR Generalist to support employee relations, onboarding and performance management across multiple sites. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a Bachelor's in Business Management or related field, and 2–4 years HR Generalist experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations issues and policy compliance.
• Manage onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Coordinate training with internal teams or external resources.
• Conduct exit interviews and investigations when needed.
• Support wage reviews and pay changes within established ranges.
• Maintain HR records and government reporting as required.
