Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for effective employee support.
• Assoc degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; bachelor preferred.
• At least two years in HR administration, onboarding, or related roles.
• Strong customer service with professional communication.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Experience with HR systems, ticketing or case-management tools, MS Office, and handling confidential information.
• Experience with onboarding, Workday, Workday Help, or I-9/E-Verify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire orientation in English and Spanish, creating a warm first day.
• Support candidates from accepted offer through onboarding and start date.
• Coordinate I-9 and E-Verify processes in compliance with policy.
• Manage HR requests through Workday Help and track cases to closure.
• Provide bilingual HR support and connect employees with the right resources.
• Maintain HR self-service resources and update FAQs and guides.
• Identify recurring issues to improve HR workflows and service delivery.
