Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and department initiatives.
• Help prepare audit documentation and maintain compliance records.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and employee training programs.
• Respond to employee questions and provide timely assistance across shifts.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and handle sensitive information.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on administrative duties and special projects.
• Adjust work hours to support multiple shifts as needed.
