Job summary

Van Drunen Farms in Momence, IL is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support a welcoming, organized employee experience from preboarding through ongoing HR support. You will lead bilingual new hire orientation in English and Spanish, coordinate onboarding and I-9/E-Verify, manage Workday Help requests, and help improve HR processes while providing strong service to all employees.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Two+ years in HR administration or onboarding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication.
• Experience with Workday and I-9/E-Verify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bilingual new hire orientation in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate onboarding and I-9/E-Verify processes.
• Manage HR requests via Workday Help; route and close cases.
• Maintain HR self-service resources and employee communications.
• Identify recurring issues to improve HR workflows.
