Ludlow Mfg Inc in Illinois is seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support our growing team. You will lead recruiting efforts, coordinate onboarding, and support employee relations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred), knowledge of employment laws, and strong recruiting skills. Spanish/English bilingual fluency is required for reading, writing, and speaking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• HRIS experience, Paylocity preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Strong recruiting background.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and help hire top talent.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Assist with performance management and retention initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support exit interviews and lifecycle activities.
• Backup for payroll processing.
• Partner with managers to support workforce needs.
