Job summary

MOHR Talent in Woodridge, IL is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll preparation. The role requires 2+ years of HR experience and fluent English/Spanish communication to assist employees across multiple locations.

You will maintain records, help with timekeeping, and collaborate with HR Managers and Operations. This is a hands-on position offering growth in benefits, compliance and HR systems usage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience (HR coordination/administration)
• English/Spanish bilingual for employee communication
• Hands-on with employee records, onboarding and HR administrative support
• Familiar with HR systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of HR compliance (I-9, leaves, wage and hour)
• Reliable, detail-oriented with handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates
• Assist with onboarding, employment docs and orientation
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data
• Support benefits enrollment and changes
• Check timecards and prepare payroll inputs
• Coordinate training and assist with safety/compliance docs
