Job summary

MOHR Talent seeks a Bilingual HR Associate in Romeoville, IL with 2+ years of HR experience to support onboarding, employee records, benefits and payroll assistance. You will coordinate interviews and I-9s while ensuring confidential data is handled with discretion in a family-values culture.

The role involves timecard review, safety training coordination, and collaboration with HR Managers across multiple facilities. Multistate exposure and Paycom experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a support role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Experience with onboarding, employee records and HR processes.
• Familiarity with an HRIS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Understanding of HR compliance including I-9, leave, wage/hour.
• Strong organization and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, I-9 verification and new-hire orientation.
• Update employee information in the HR system and maintain confidential files.
• Assist with benefits enrollments and employee changes.
• Review timecards and prepare payroll information for review.
• Help maintain compliance records and workplace incident documentation.
• Schedule safety training and track completion.
