Jobot is seeking a dynamic bilingual HR Generalist to join our manufacturing team. The role will cover payroll, employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits and FMLA, with bilingual proficiency essential.

You will shape HR strategies, foster a positive work environment, oversee performance appraisals, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with management to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Bilingual proficiency is required
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy with leadership
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field

Responsabilités

• Manage payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy
• Foster a positive working environment through strong employee relations and communication
• Oversee a performance appraisal system to drive high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance in HR management
• Report to management with HR metrics
• Bridge management and employee relations addressing demands and grievances
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
