Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Help new hires complete onboarding, employment documentation and orientation.
Keep employee records and HR system information current.
Support benefits enrollment and qualifying changes.
Check timecards and assemble payroll inputs for review.
Coordinate training and assist with safety and compliance documentation.
2+ years of HR coordination, administration or associate-level experience.
English/Spanish bilingual skills for employee communication.
Hands‑on experience with employee records, onboarding and HR administrative support.
Familiarity with HR systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Working knowledge of basic HR compliance, including I-9, leave and wage and hour requirements.
Reliable follow-through, attention to detail and careful handling of confidential information.
Preferred: Paycom experience; benefits or timekeeping exposure; a multi‑state, distribution or manufacturing background. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
