Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADP payroll and HR processing.
• Support talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Onboard employees and coordinate training programs.
• Provide guidance on leaves, compensation, and conflict resolution.
• Promote HR programs to maintain an efficient workplace.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and annual reviews.
• Analyze HR data and generate metrics.
• Maintain employee files and records.
• Resolve workplace issues and organize team-building activities.
• Assist in labor law compliance.
• Occasional Saturday work may be required.
