In this role you will coordinate interviews, manage job postings, support performance management, and ensure documentation aligns with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements and requisitions for open positions.
• Support the hiring process for salaried and other designated positions.
• Partner with Recruiters and Regional Coordinators to identify staffing and hiring needs.
• Participate in recruiting campaigns, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews and support communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team.
• Ensure hiring processes and required documentation are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as an HR resource for employees and Operations leadership within the assigned division.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding workplace issues, company policies, and employment practices.
• Support and conduct employee relations conversations, fact-finding, and investigations as assigned.
• Partner with HR leadership and Operations leaders on performance management and corrective action.
• Maintain appropriate and accurate documentation related to employee relations matters.
• Escalate sensitive or complex employee relations matters to HR leadership as appropriate .
• Track and manage rehire requests for former employees within the assigned division.
• Review available employment history and relevant records to support the rehire review process.
• Partner with Recruiters, Regional Coordinators, Operations leadership, and HR leadership to gather relevant information and make recommendations in accordance with company guidelines.
