MOHR Talent is seeking a Bilingual HR Associate in Romeoville, IL, to coordinate interviews, onboarding, I-9 verification and new-hire orientation. You will update employee records, assist with benefits enrollment, and prepare payroll information for review.

Qualifications include 2+ years in HR support, bilingual English/Spanish, HRIS familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Attention to confidentiality and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR associate, coordinator, administrator or similar HR support role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee records and other daily HR processes.
• Familiarity with an HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Working understanding of HR compliance requirements, including I-9, leave administration and wage and hour practices.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, I-9 verification and new-hire orientation.
• Update employee information in the HR system and maintain confidential files.
• Assist with benefits enrollments and employee changes.
• Review timecards and prepare payroll information for review.
• Help maintain compliance records and workplace incident documentation.
• Schedule safety training and track completion.
